Notes: First Printing. A very good hardcover in a very good dust jacket. Gently perused, if at all. No markings, binding is square and tight, corners are sharp. Dust jacket has light staining including a light moisture stain on the bottom portion of the front, spine and rear of the dust jacket which has left a very faint stain on the boards. The dust jacket also has a short tear at the head of the spine. The dust jacket is now in a mylar wrapper and looks great--all in all, a respectable copy of this scarce book.
