Notes: First Printing, limited to 1000 copies (with the extra 2-inch flap at the end of the last folded page, which was which Ruscha had removed for the second printing). Very Good- in slipcase. Silver-stamped white wraps; creasing and light tanning along spine; minor wear and creasing to wraps; internally very clean. Some wear (but no splitting) to slipcase; one small gouge and some dimpling to sides; small bump to bottom edge.
